The little Fiat has a potential of 100,000 units per year, and is far more important for Stellantis than the low-volume Maserati grand tourers. As a matter of fact, sales of the Trident brand collapsed from 26,600 in 2023 to 11,300 units in 2024, leading to the \u201ccancellation of certain projects prior to launch\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>More: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carscoops.com\/2025\/02\/stellantis-pulls-1-5-billion-investment-from-struggling-maserati\/\">Stellantis Pulls The Plug On Maserati\u2019s Future After Cancelling $1.6B Investment<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>While the future of Maserati doesn\u2019t look that bright, the company suggests that moving production of the GranTurismo and GranCabrio to its HQ reaffirms its \u201cstrong commitment\u201d to the Motor Valley area and its people.<\/p>\n<div id=\"taboola-mid-article\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"taboola-mid-article-thumbnails-organic\"><\/div>\n<p>The Viale Ciro Menotti plant in Modena is where the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carscoops.com\/tag\/maserati-MC20\">MC20<\/a> Coupe, Cielo, and GT2 Stradale are built, as well as the V6 Nettuno powertrain that powers the entire Maserati lineup.
